What's included in the price?

Everything. Shopping, prep, cooking, plating, service, and cleanup. One number. No surprises. We suggest a 20% gratuity, but that's the only thing not baked in.

What does it cost to hire a private chef in Denver, Colorado?

Private chef dinners start at $150 per person for a custom four-course meal, $1,200 minimum. Catering runs $75 per person for buffet, $100 for family style, $125 to $150 for plated. All-inclusive either way.

Do you travel to mountain towns and resort areas?

We're already there. Chefs stationed across Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Arizona. No travel fees. Ever.

Can you cook in a rental kitchen you've never seen?

We do it all the time. We come fully prepared. For bigger events we might ask for a quick photo of the kitchen ahead of time, but we show up ready.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Ideally a week. We can move faster for smaller dinners. We also have events booked two years out. Whatever your timeline, let's talk.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

There's nothing we can't or won't accommodate. Kosher, halal, any allergen, any lifestyle diet. We love a good challenge.

How many people can you serve?

One person to 150 to 200 guests. We try to stay under 120 for most events to keep quality exactly where it needs to be.

Most groups do chef dinners on 3–5 nights of their week. Some do every night. You pick the nights that make sense — maybe not the night you're doing a mountain restaurant, maybe yes to the night you're hosting extra guests.

We Design Each Menu

A different menu for every night. Night one might be hearty après-ski comfort food. Night three might be a full tasting menu experience. We build each one around the tone you want for that evening.

We Source Everything

All groceries, all ingredients, every night. You don't shop, you don't think about what's in the fridge. We handle sourcing for the entire program and incorporate it into your all-inclusive price.

You Come Off the Mountain to Dinner

We arrive at your chalet 2.5–3 hours before dinner. By the time your group is off the mountain and cleaned up, dinner is ready. We serve, we plate, we pour. Then we clean up completely and leave.

Do you have chefs in Vail? Are there travel fees?

Yes, we're stationed in the Vail Valley. No travel fees — we're already in the market. Eagle County commissary is minutes away. This is our most active Colorado market.

How many nights should we do?

Most ski week groups do 3–5 chef nights. The other nights might be a mountain restaurant, a night out in Vail Village, or a simpler meal at the chalet. There's no right answer — tell us your week and we'll help you figure out what makes sense.

How far in advance should I book for ski season?

Christmas week and New Year's: book 6–8 weeks ahead minimum. President's Week and spring break: 4–6 weeks. Shoulder season and mid-week: 1–2 weeks often works. Contact us as soon as you have dates.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions across a group?

Yes — ski week groups often have a mix of dietary needs across 8–14 people. We build menus that work for the whole table, not menus where one person gets a substitute. Tell us what you're working with.
