We've supported Eleven-adjacent hosting where the lodge program covers the core experience and we run private dinner-party hosting at separate residences for visiting friends and family.
Sourcing is challenging but routine. Crested Butte is 4 hours from Denver, and specialty proteins, sushi-grade seafood, premium imports, and out-of-region produce route through Grand Junction (2.5 hours away) or Gunnison (45 minutes) with appropriate lead times.
