Your proposal covers the chef fee, all grocery shopping, ingredient costs, prep time, cooking, professional service staff, and complete post-event cleanup. One number, full transparency, nothing added at the end. We suggest a 20% gratuity, but that's the only thing not baked in.

No. We work in home kitchens, vacation rental kitchens, ski chalets, outdoor settings, and virtually any space with basic cooking facilities. We bring our own equipment as needed.
