MileHighCook was built to solve that. Every booking — whether it's a Tuesday night dinner party in Denver or a 100-person wedding reception in Vail — is overseen by me personally. Every chef who works under the MileHighCook brand is trained to the same standards I developed during my time at the Culinary Institute of America and sharpened in professional kitchens before going private.
