From 12 guests to 200: catering mountain weddings at any size

A large tented mountain wedding reception with plated dinner service

We cater a twelve-guest mountain wedding and a two-hundred-guest one with the same standard. The scale changes everything about the execution. It changes nothing about the quality on the plate. That is the whole promise.

The small wedding

A small wedding is a private chef dinner with vows. Plated courses, a single seating, a kitchen the size of the rental. The chef is in the room. Every plate is composed by hand. Nothing is held under heat lamps.

The large wedding

A large wedding is a logistics operation. Two hundred covers, a tented field, a mobile kitchen trucked in. The cooking is the easy part. The timing, the staffing, the flow of two hundred plates leaving hot at once is the work.

What most caterers fake

Most caterers do one of these well and fake the other. The boutique chef cannot scale. The banquet hall cannot plate with care. We are built to move between them because the mountain calendar demands it.

Vail across the range

Vail runs the full range. An intimate ceremony at the top of the gondola. A two-hundred-guest reception in a valley tent. Our wedding catering in Vail is staffed for both, often in the same season.

Telluride leans intimate

Telluride leans intimate by geography. The box canyon limits the guest count for many venues, which suits couples who wanted small anyway. Our wedding catering in Telluride is built for that scale.

Jackson Hole goes big

Jackson Hole goes big when the venue allows. Ranch weddings, long family tables, a multi-station dinner under the Tetons. Our wedding catering in Jackson Hole handles the headcount and the remoteness together.

Crested Butte stays small

Crested Butte stays small and likes it that way. Meadow ceremonies, barn receptions, guest lists that rarely crack a hundred. Our catering in Crested Butte keeps the footprint light.

The number that matters

The number that matters is not the guest count. It is whether the team has cooked at that count before, in that kind of space, with that kind of access. Scale is a solved problem when you have solved it many times. See our full catering services.
