We design a different menu and concept for each touchpoint — cocktail-style welcome dinner Thursday, family-style rehearsal Friday at a barn or ranch lodge, plated or station-format ceremony reception Saturday at the main venue, casual farewell brunch Sunday morning. The arc is the work; any caterer can do one good dinner. We coordinate timing, menu pacing, dietary management, and bar programming across the full program so the couple, the families, and the planner aren't tracking three different vendors with three different communication styles.
We work with the planner, not around them.
