One reschedule is included: ask at least 14 days before your date and your full deposit moves to any open date within 6 months of the original, with no penalty. Inside 14 days, the cancellation terms apply. Headcount adjustments are far more common — for corporate events we typically allow +/- 10% headcount up to 7 days before the event. USAFA graduation weekend and Space Symposium reschedules are tighter given peak demand, similar to festival-week constraints in our resort markets.
