Catering in Teton Village, Wyoming·A Local Lens

Teton Village Catering
for the most concentrated UHNW ski-in cluster in Wyoming

Teton Village is the slopeside residential community at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort — distinct from downtown Jackson and the surrounding ranch country, the most compact UHNW ski-in/ski-out cluster in Wyoming. Heavy hedge fund, family-office, and tech-founder concentration. The Four Seasons Jackson Hole, Snake River Lodge & Spa, and Caldera House anchor the luxury hospitality tier. Wedding circuit (June-September) is among the highest-spend in the US — slopeside residences and the Four Seasons drive $500k-$2M+ wedding programs. Jackson Hole Economic Symposium overflow week, Grand Teton Music Festival patron dinners (July-August, 7 weeks), and Old Bill's Fun Run weekend hosting all extend across Teton Village.

MileHighCook caters across slopeside Teton Village residences ($8-25M+), Granite Ridge (gated, slopeside), Crystal Springs and the Aspens (between Teton Village and downtown Jackson), Four Seasons Residences, and Caldera House. From slopeside wedding receptions to hedge-fund partner retreats and Music Festival patron dinners, our scope handles slopeside vendor logistics during peak ski weeks (timing around lift hours), Bozeman/SLC sourcing supply chains, and the discretion this clientele expects. Restaurant-Level Catering,
Slopeside Discretion

MileHighCook's Teton Village catering covers every detail — from custom menu design and Bozeman/SLC sourcing to full kitchen execution at slopeside residences, professional service staff, equipment rentals when needed, and complete post-event cleanup. The clientele has sophisticated cellars and benchmarks against the highest-tier dining; wine-pairing-heavy menus, Wagyu and game preparation, ranch-to-table beef, sushi-grade seafood, and Mediterranean during summer are all standard. Slopeside vendor logistics during Christmas, MLK, and Presidents' Week require timing around lift hours; we plan that in.

Whether you're hosting a 200-guest slopeside wedding reception at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole, a 40-guest hedge-fund partner retreat at a Granite Ridge residence, a 60-guest Grand Teton Music Festival patron dinner, or a Caldera House private event, our All-Inclusive approach means one transparent quote with no hidden add-ons. We work in slopeside private homes, the Four Seasons Jackson Hole, Snake River Lodge & Spa, Caldera House, Couloir restaurant at the top of the gondola, and event spaces throughout Teton Village.

Every Menu, Custom-Built From Scratch

These are starting points, not packages. Most caterers and private chefs lock you into a small set of pre-built menus. We don't. Every MileHighCook menu is designed around your guests, your venue, your season, and your story. The dishes below are inspirations — what we might build for you.

Wagyu New York
Mountain Steakhouse, Elevated

Wagyu New York

Dry-aged Wagyu, charred allium purée, smoked bone marrow jus, root-vegetable hash. Could be reimagined with seasonal Colorado lamb or 14-day dry-aged ribeye.

Hokkaido Scallop Crudo
Coastal · Light · Refined

Hokkaido Scallop Crudo

Day-flown scallop, yuzu-kosho, finger lime, shiso oil. As one example of what's possible with sushi-grade fish flown in for a private dinner.

Black Truffle Risotto
Italian · Indulgent · Seasonal

Black Truffle Risotto

Carnaroli rice, aged Parmigiano, fresh black truffle shaved tableside (when in season). One direction for an Italian-inspired evening.

Whole-Roasted Cauliflower
Plant-Forward · Vibrant · Seasonal

Whole-Roasted Cauliflower

Heirloom cauliflower, brown butter dukkah, herbed labneh, charred lemon. A vegan-capable centerpiece that holds its own at any table.

Crispy Duck Breast
French Technique · Dramatic Plating

Crispy Duck Breast

Crispy-skin duck, cherry gastrique, parsnip purée, pickled mustard seed. As a starting point for a plated multi-course winter dinner.

Caviar Service
Cocktail Hour · Show-Stopping

Caviar Service

Royal Ossetra, traditional accoutrements, blini, crème fraîche. One of countless ways we can elevate a cocktail hour or welcome reception.

How It Works

From Inquiry to Unforgettable Event

A premium, white-glove process from your first message to the final tasting. Built around real conversations — not marketplaces or generic templates.

01

Inquire

Submit the form above or call us directly.

Marketplaces send your inquiry to 5 vendors at once.

02

Conversation

A 15-minute call with Chef Steve to understand your event, venue, guests, and vision.

Resort F&B teams typically work through a sales coordinator.

03

Proposal

Within 24 hours: fully detailed, All-Inclusive proposal. Custom-built around your event.

Most catering proposals take 5-10 days to assemble.

04

Lock In

Once approved: structured questionnaire, contract, and (if requested) tasting scheduled.

High-volume operators often skip the questionnaire entirely.

05

Deposit & Schedule

A deposit secures your date. Walkthrough, final menu refinement, and service planning.

Concierge services often add a 20-25% markup.

The MileHighCook Difference

Teton Village Catering, Done by the Chef

While most marketplaces, resort F&B teams, and volume operators rely on coordinators or printed banquet sheets, every MileHighCook event is built around three principles.

One Chef,
Not a Coordinator

Chef Steve plans and runs every event personally. No sales coordinator. No sub-contractor. The person you talk to on day one is the person on-site the night of.

Your Menu,
Not Their Banquet Sheet

Every menu built from scratch around your guests, your venue, your season. No package tiers. No printed banquet kit. No “pick three from column A.” Yours, not ours.

One Number,
Up Front

Full all-inclusive proposal within 24 hours. Chef, ingredients, service staff, equipment, cleanup — one number, no add-ons after the fact.

Christmas-New Year, MLK weekend, and Presidents' Week ski peaks book 9-15 months ahead. Summer wedding season similar — slopeside residences and Four Seasons dates lock 12+ months out. Economic Symposium overflow week and Music Festival patron events typically book 6-9 months ahead. Hedge-fund partner retreats often book on annual recurring schedules. The earlier you start, the more flexibility on chef availability, slopeside vendor logistics, and Bozeman/SLC sourcing.
Yes — slopeside Teton Village residences and the Four Seasons are core venues for our work. Granite Ridge, Crystal Springs, Aspens, and Four Seasons Residences are all regular slopeside catering venues. The Four Seasons handles in-property catering for hotel events; private estate catering at the slopeside residence level is what we operate. Caldera House private events and Snake River Lodge & Spa weddings are also regular work.
Our All-Inclusive proposal covers chef and culinary team, all ingredients and Bozeman/SLC sourcing, prep, cooking, plating, professional table service (servers, bartenders, attendants), equipment and rental needs, slopeside vendor coordination (timing around lift hours during peak ski weeks), travel into Teton Village, and complete post-event cleanup. No hidden fees or surcharges.
Yes — this is a Teton Village-specific specialty. Vendor access to slopeside residences during Christmas, MLK, and Presidents' Week requires timing around lift hours and gondola operations, plus coordination with Jackson Hole Mountain Resort vendor protocols. We plan ingredient delivery, kitchen setup, and service timing accordingly. Snowstorms and lift closures factor into contingency planning for outdoor or gondola-accessed event venues.
Yes — confidentiality clauses and NDAs are standard for Teton Village work. Hedge fund and PE partner retreats, family-office hosting, tech-founder family residencies, Economic Symposium overflow private dinners, and high-profile entertainment-industry hosting all routinely involve discretion requirements. Tell us your standards and we'll execute accordingly.
Yes. Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegan, kosher-style, anti-inflammatory and longevity-focused, ranch-and-game-aligned, GLP-1-aware, and complex layered restrictions are all standard. Teton Village clientele often runs sophisticated dietary frames; we confirm every requirement during the questionnaire phase and design parallel menus when needed.
Yes. Game preparation (elk, bison, fly-fishing trout, upland birds) and ranch-to-table beef are standard categories. The clientele often expects sophisticated game work, particularly during fall shoulder season and hunting weekends. We can prepare game brought in from local ranches (with required documentation) or source from regional Wyoming/Idaho/Montana producers.
We serve slopeside Teton Village residences, Granite Ridge, Crystal Springs, the Aspens, the Four Seasons Residences corridor, Caldera House, and the Snake River Lodge & Spa corridor. For events spanning Teton Village and downtown Jackson Hole or surrounding ranch properties, we coordinate cross-area logistics — see our Jackson Hole catering page.
Teton Village sits at 6,300 ft (the resort base). Altitude adjusts protein cook timing and baked-good rise modestly — less dramatically than at Breckenridge but enough that our chef team plans for it. The bigger Teton Village logistical factor is weather: late-spring snow, summer afternoon storms, and shoulder-season cold snaps all factor into outdoor event planning. We build weather contingency into proposals for any outdoor event.
Reschedules are handled case-by-case. Generally: 90+ days out, full deposit transfers to the new date with no penalty. 30-90 days, partial transfer with re-stocking adjustment. Less than 30 days, depends on date availability and ingredient lead time. Slopeside wedding date changes are particularly sensitive given Four Seasons and Caldera House venue calendars.
