Holiday Catering

Full-service catering for corporate holiday parties, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve across the Mountain West. All-inclusive: custom menus, chef, staff, service, cleanup. Most events run $115–250 per person. Written proposal within 24 hours.

The Season, Handled

Five Weeks. Every Date Matters.

The holiday season is five weeks long and every date in it matters to someone. The company party lands in the first two weeks of December. Thanksgiving and Christmas belong to family. New Year's Eve belongs to whoever plans it first. We spend those five weeks doing one thing: cooking and serving in other people's houses, offices, and venues so the hosts get to attend their own events.

Every event is chef-cooked and staffed on-site — we are not a drop-off tray service. One proposal covers the menu, the team, the service, the rentals, and the cleanup, with the all-in number stated up front.

The Calendar

When the Dates Actually Go

How the calendar actually moves: corporate December dates are largely spoken for by Halloween. Christmas week in the ski markets sets by mid-October. New Year's Eve follows fast behind Christmas. Thanksgiving books latest — but the best chefs are gone three weeks out.

Reading this in November? Ask anyway. We hold short-notice capacity every season, and a same-week yes happens more often than you'd think. And if the date you wanted is gone, a gift card books January at full priority.

What We Cook For

The Three Events of the Season

01

Corporate Holiday Parties

Twenty to two hundred guests — at the office, a private venue, or the founder's home. Bar service, staffing, and a menu that outclasses the usual hotel buffet.

Books first — by Halloween
02

Thanksgiving & Christmas

Seated family dinners cooked in your kitchen — Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Hanukkah. You host; we handle everything from menu to cleanup.

Christmas week sets by mid-October
03

New Year's Eve

Dinner parties that run past midnight — course-by-course tasting menus or cocktail-party service, with the kitchen clean before the toast.

Holiday Questions

Asked Every December

Most full-service holiday events run $115–250 per person, all-inclusive — chef and culinary team, ingredients, staff and service, rentals coordination, and complete cleanup. Corporate parties and seated holiday dinners price the same way: one written number, no surcharges bolted on after. The catering pricing guide breaks tiers down by headcount.
Corporate holiday parties book earliest — most December corporate dates are claimed by Halloween. Christmas week in the mountain markets sets by mid-October. New Year's Eve moves fastest once Thanksgiving passes. If your date is inside three weeks, ask anyway; we hold short-notice capacity every season.
Yes — from a twenty-person leadership dinner to a two-hundred-person company party, at the office, a rented venue, or a private home. Bar service, passed appetizers, stations or seated service, and staffing are all in the proposal. Early-December Thursdays and Fridays are the highest-demand nights of the year.
Yes. Those are the biggest nights of our year and we staff for them deliberately. They are also the first dates to sell out — Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners are usually set by mid-October.
Yes — holiday tables are where restrictions pile up: gluten-free, nut allergies, vegan seats at a traditional table, kosher-style preparation. We confirm every requirement during the questionnaire phase, run separate prep workflows for allergens, and design parallel dishes so nobody eats a lesser version of dinner.
Yes — MileHighCook gift cards come in $250, $500, and $1,000, or any custom amount. They deliver by email within minutes of purchase (Christmas Eve included) and redeem against any service in any market, with no expiration pressure tactics.
Forty-plus markets across Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and Wyoming — every market in the directory above, from Denver and Salt Lake City to Aspen, Jackson Hole, and Scottsdale. Travel is built into the all-inclusive proposal.
