Summer wedding season at the major Park City venues — Stein Eriksen Lodge, Montage Deer Valley, the St. Regis Deer Crest, the Blue Sky Resort — typically locks 12-15 months ahead for the most-coveted Saturday dates in July and August. Less-peak shoulder dates (June, September) book 9-12 months ahead. Holiday-week and ski-season weddings should land 9-12 months ahead given peak demand. The earlier you start the conversation, the more menu and team flexibility you have. We hold dates with a deposit. For Colorado and Mountain West weddings the bands are: $115–135 per person for buffet and family-style, $150–175 for plated full-service dinners, and $250–350+ for tasting-menu formats. Gratuity is never required or auto-added, and there is no service charge, cake-cutting fee, or plating fee stacked on after the proposal. Park City has a strong established wedding-planning community — Soiree Productions, Le Fete Weddings, Michelle Leo Events, and others — and we coordinate cleanly with whichever planner you've engaged. Day-of run-of-show, vendor timing, venue load-in, and dietary roster handoff all happen directly with your planner. If you haven't engaged a planner yet, we can refer based on your venue and event scale.
