Summer wedding season (May-October) at the most-coveted Denver venues — the Denver Botanic Gardens, Stanley Marketplace, Mile High Station, the Cherry Hills Country Club, the Denver Polo Club — typically locks 9-12 months out, with Saturdays in June and September often gone 12-15 months ahead. Spring and fall shoulder dates are easier. Holiday-week and gala-season weddings should land 9-12 months ahead. The earlier you start the conversation, the more menu and team flexibility you have. For Colorado and Mountain West weddings the bands are: $115–135 per person for buffet and family-style, $150–175 for plated full-service dinners, and $250–350+ for tasting-menu formats. Gratuity is never required or auto-added, and there is no service charge, cake-cutting fee, or plating fee stacked on after the proposal. Most clients book the full wedding weekend with us — rehearsal dinner Friday, reception Saturday, brunch Sunday — because the team is already on-site and the menus benefit from being designed in concert. We also handle individual meals if you've already booked another caterer for the reception.
